As communicated in the published Transition Plan governing the move from Enhanced Rock Weathering Edition 2022 to Enhanced Rock Weathering Edition 2025, the 18th of February 2026 marked the final date for Suppliers with Production Facilities registered prior to 15 December 2025 to submit their complete Facility Audit Packages for assessment under Edition 2022. 

What happens next? 

1. If you have submitted an Audit Package that is now pending Puro.earth review 

Please await completion of the review process. Once the review has concluded, Puro.earth will notify you of one of the following outcomes: 

1. Audit Package passed review: Puro.earth will schedule your Facility Audit under Edition 2022. 

2. Audit Package passed review but requires minor clarification: Upon receiving notification, you will have 14 days to address the comments. After your response is successfully reviewed, Puro.earth will organize the Facility Audit. 

3. Audit Package did not pass review or clarification not submitted within the permitted time: 

4. • You will not be able to undergo a Facility Audit under Edition 2022. 

   • Your Audit Package folder will remain open until 4 May 2026, allowing you to download any necessary files. After this date, the Audit Package folder will be closed. 

   • If you wish to proceed with audit preparation under Enhanced Rock Weathering Edition 2025, please notify your Account Manager in writing. We will then update your facility registration details accordingly and grant access to the new MyPuro platform, which features an improved user experience and enables data transfer via API. While the Edition 2025 audit package differs, many existing documents may be reused. 

2. If you have not submitted an Audit Package 

• Your files will remain accessible in the Audit Package folder until it is closed on 4 May 2026. 
• If you now wish to prepare for an audit under Enhanced Rock Weathering Edition 2025, please inform your Account Manager in writing. We will then update your facility registration details accordingly and grant access to the new MyPuro platform, which features an improved user experience and enables data transfer via API. As above, while the Edition 2025 audit package format has changed, a number of documents from your current materials may still be reused.
