Over the past few years, we have upgraded and validated our pyrolysis technology in accordance with the IPD process and through joint development with world-renowned companies and universities.The main focus has been on optimizing the gas combustion system to ensure full combustion of the gas to reduce nitrogen oxides and methane emissions, optimizing the gas piping to ensure that there is no tar generation to enable continuous production over a long period of time, optimizing the cooling and dust removal units to reduce pollutants, and optimizing the biochar discharge system to reduce the PAH content in biochar. In the future, we will focus on how to achieve waste heat efficiency, automation control and larger scale biomass charcoal production to better meet the needs of users in industries related to carbon sinks and reduction of carbon footprints.
In terms of market, we will focus on users in the carbon reduction industry, such as wood processing and manufacturing companies, biomass pellet manufacturers, food processing companies, palm plantations, iron ore suppliers and emerging technology companies, through targeted product development and the provision of leading-edge solutions to promote the development of a circular economy, CDR, and to enhance the corporate image of our customers.
