Puro Standard Advisory Board

Our independent Advisory Board manages the Puro Standard and its crediting rules. Established in 2021 to ensure impartial governance, the board succeeded the 22 original signatories who co-created and managed the standard from its inception in 2019. This oversight provides the transparency required for a trusted carbon market.

intro

Our Advisory Board ensures the integrity of the Puro Standard through independent oversight. They manage our crediting rules and align them with the latest scientific research and policy. The board must approve every change to the standard before our management team implements it. This mandate is enshrined in the board’s Terms of Reference to ensure impartial carbon removal verification.
