event details

Join us at one of APAC’s most important climate and carbon market events

Puro.earth is proud to be a Gold Sponsor of the Climate Futures APAC Summit 2026 -bringing together 600+ senior decision-makers from governments, corporates, financiers, and developers to shape the future of carbon markets across the region.

APAC is one of Puro.earth’s fastest-growing regions. 87 suppliers signed-up to the Puro Standard across the region in 2025 alone, and APAC now accounts for roughly a quarter of all registered suppliers globally. This year, we expect a roughly 12x increase in APAC issuance volume in 2026, taking the regional share to around 8%.

APAC is growing faster than any other region right now. That’s why it makes the timing of CFAS2026 more compelling than every before.

This year’s summit takes place on 17–18 June 2026 at the voco Bangkok Surawong, Thailand.

Alvin is speaking at Climate Futures APAC Summit 2026

Alvin Lee, Head of Supply at Puro.earth, will be moderating a panel on Day 2 (18 June) titled Engineering Removals: Asia’s Built Pathways to Durable Carbon Storage.

The session explores how to scale engineered carbon removal across Asia – covering tech-specific MRV for BECCS, DAC, CCS, and biochar, the economics and engineering bottlenecks facing large-scale removal infrastructure, and how to mobilise long-term finance for bankable projects.

Alvin will be joined on the panel by

  • Wachirachai Koonamwattana (Chief Sustainability Officer, Siam Cement Group),
  • Eugene Tan (Associate Director, Catalytic Capital, Strategy & Development, Temasek Trust),
  • Naveen Ahlawat (President & Head of Sustainability & Decarbonization, Jindal Steel Limited),
  • Suraj Teja (Founder & CEO, Sow & Reap), and
  • Aom Kwanpiromtara Suksri (COO & Co-founder, Biochar Life).

As Article 6 rules take effect, CBAM implementation deepens, and carbon markets across the region converge, CFAS2026 is where APAC’s most influential climate leaders turn policy into practice.

The summit covers high-integrity crediting, Article 6 pathways, net-zero procurement, engineered and nature-based removals, and the market infrastructure needed to scale.
